      Governs all the Yang meridians. (DU 14, DU 20 and DU 26 are Crossover Junctions).
   Anorectal,Genital, Urinary, Uterine, Lumbar, Renal indications are treated by points ofthe Low Back.  Deaf Mutism, ImmuneDisorders, and Cervical Problems are treated by Points at the level of thescapulae.  Facial points treat Sinusitis,Hormonal defects and Fainting.
 
 
DU 14 – is a meeting point of 4 Yang meridians. It is an Immuneenhancing and Homeostatic Point, used for Patients who are allergic to drugs.  Electrical stimulation of this point results in rapiddrop in Body Temperature, hence it is used for treatment of Febrileconditions.  Increase in Hb %, andPlatelet count, normalization of ESR, Cholesterol and Triglycerides have beenevinced in several studies. 
 
DU 20 – is a meeting point of hundreds of lines, hence the name ‘Sahasraara’.  This point is Sedative in Psychiatricdisorders, Parkinsonism, Schizophrenia, Skin disorders, Epilepsy, Headacheetc.  This is a master point for all thatfalls (Prolapse, Piles, Ptosis) and a Distal Point of the Anorectal region.
 
DU 26 – is a powerful Jingwell point useful in acute emergencies likeFainting, Fits, Shocks, and Strokes. This point is a meeting point of LIChannels of the Left and Right side of the Body, with the DU Channel, hencevery powerful in energy take up.
 
Confluent Point:   SI 3 isthe Confluent point (Command Point) of the DU Channel. Thus, SI 3 iseffectively used for treatment of all the indications of the DU Channel and theregular Small Intestine Channel.
