Lower Yin Channels
The Spleen, Kidney and Liver Channels are the LowerYin Channels that begin on the Toes and end on the Chest area. They ascend medially on the legs and crossthe Pelvis and Abdomen. They are themost vital channels as they govern most of the systemic functions.
The SP Channel begins on the First Toe (outer)medial nail base corner and runs along the medial arch of the foot. Then the channel crosses the medial side ofAnkle, Leg and Thigh medially and ends on the Flank. (ThisChannel has two Luo Points).
The K Channelbegins on the Sole of foot and runs medially around the medial Malleolus ofAnkle and ascends along the medial leg. It ends below the Clavicle aftercrossing the Pelvis and Abdomen.
The LIVChannel begins on the First Toe at theinner nail base corner and runs along the medial side of leg. Crossing the Pelvic and Abdominal regions itends below the Nipple.
